Top 9 Kansas City Pumpkin Patches

By Mary Anne McNeish-Sharp, About.com

With Fall offically here, it's time for Kansas Citians to head out to one of the many pumpkins patches around the metro. Farms all over the KC have oodles of pumpkins available for pickin' once fall rolls around. Sort through piles of pumpkins or head out to the patch to pick your own. Hop aboard a railroad, take a hayride, make your way though a corn maze, pet farm animals and enjoy all the fun things that come with fall.
