Halloween Haunts at Worlds of Fun :
Ghastly ghouls, creepy clowns, dreadful demons, costumed characters...it's the spectacularly spooky part of Halloween. If you love being terrified--World's of Fun scares it up in 2008 with it's delightfully scary Halloween Haunts--a creepy filled fun fest on Friday and Saturday nights. From extreme haunts and crazy carnivals to a camp that you'll not sure you'll make it out of--forget the rides honey, just walking around Halloween Haunts will scare the begesus out of you.
But...Is it Really Scary?:
As an adult, I must say I was totally scared and half completely excited entering Worlds-of-Fun on their first Saturday of Halloween Haunts. I wasn't sure exactly what to expect--would it really be scary? Would I want to scream my head off? The answer after the fact--an astounding yes.
Where to Get Scared:
I think Worlds of Fun does a great job because they put so much effort into their costumes, actors, and sets. Worlds of Fun also offers Halloween daylight fun for the younger set. Most are open on Saturday and Sunday from noon-7 (Halloween Haunts is not recommended for children under 14 after 7pm). <p> Halloween Family Fun includes Magic House on Boo Hill, Trick or Treat Town, Snoopy's Haunted Kampground, and much more. <p> Little ones can also have bruch with the Camp Snoopy characters on Sunday.2008 Dates and Hours :
